It is the cult show watched by millions of people around the world.
And now, one of the stars of RuPaul’s Drag Race is coming to Hull.
Adore Delano will be joining the line-up of Pride in Hull, taking place in Queens Gardens on Saturday, July 21.
Adore Delano was a finalist on the sixth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race and competed in the second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars, cementing her status as a fan favourite.
Away from the show, Adore is a seasoned musician. Her debut album Till Death Do Us Party, was a hit on the US Billboard chart and her most recent album, Whatever, was released to critical acclaim in 2017.
Andy Hastings, trustee at Pride in Hull, said: “Our audience are huge fans of RuPaul’s Drag Race and there’s been one performer in particular that they’ve been desperate to see.
“We’re totally delighted to be bringing Adore Delano to party with us at Pride in Hull 2018.”
Adore joins Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle and former X Factor contestant Marcus Collins on the bill for the huge party.
Bright Light Bright Light, Eurovision star SuRie and X Factor runner up Lloyd Daniels will also be performing.
Pride will kick off with a parade around Hull city centre before a day of music and entertainment in Queens Gardens. The event is completely free and family-friendly.
