Bransholme man seen with a gun in east Hull

Danny Huteson, 20, of Wimborne Close, Bransholme, was fined £30, and must have up to 30 days rehabilitation, for having an unloaded .22 air rifle in Diadem Grove and Jervis Road in east Hull. He must pay £85 costs and an £85 surcharge.

Anthony Yeadon, 36, of Lowood Drive, Bridlington, was jailed for 20 weeks for threatening to burn a house down, and breaching a restraining order by attending an address. He must pay a £115 surcharge.

Lisa Polson, 35, of Lythe Avenue, Cottingham, was discharged conditionally for 12 months, for begging outside Tesco Express in Newland Avenue, west Hull.

Grant Townsend, 24, of Starella Grove, west Hull, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for damaging an internal wall and clothes. He must pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.

Joseph Hall, 38, of Benedict Road, west Hull, was fined £525, and was banned from driving for 14 months, for driving when the proportion of THC, a controlled drug, in his blood exceeded the specified limit. He must pay £200 costs and a £52 surcharge.

Christopher Bennett, 35, of Worthing Street, west Hull, received a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for two years, must have six months of treatment for alcohol dependency, attend 31 sessions of a Building Better Relationships course, and up to 20 days rehabilitation, for assault by beating. He must pay £85 costs and a £115 surcharge.
